the water and its importance: lucho's speech

yesterday, we had an exelent talk about the descomposition, contamination and care of owr most preciated resource, the water.
this resource had been the same cuantity as 10000 milion years ago, but, the contamination had made drinkable water descend up to been the 0.1% in all the world.

also we need to remember the water had been the minimum  resource to live during more than 1600 years.
